Winning streak continues as Jaguars get commanding win over USC-Aiken, 91-69

On Jan. 29, the Augusta University men’s basketball team defeated Peach Belt rival USC-Aiken on the road, 79-74, which would be the start to a winning streak for the Jaguars. On Wednesday, Feb. 26, at Christenberry Fieldhouse, AU obtained their ninth consecutive win after defeating Aiken again, this time by a score of 91-69. Lady Jaguars beat Paine College, 69-52, for first win of young hoops season

The Augusta University men’s cross country team took third place in the  NCAA Southeast Regional Saturday, Nov. 17th at the University of North Georgia and advanced to the NCAA Championship for the second straight season and third time in school history. Hunter Kimball finished sixth in the regional and Noah Hulett seventh. Jacob Poston was 18th. The AU women finished 10th in the regional.
